Danish food doesn’t have to be hard to make. Easy recipes to be posted – such as easy and hearty baked buns, curry herring for the traditional open-faced sandwich, Danish meat balls “frikadeller” – and a ton of cake recipes… Is there anything Danes are good at it is baking! Just the fact that Danes still have several bakeries in pretty much every single town tells you how much baking is appreciated among Danes… My mouth is watering just thinking of entering a Danish bakery and I will do what I can to bring some of those cake and bread recipes to you!
